Unions Criticize Privatization Of ICE Services

The union of energy workers and communications, requires the CEO of ICE to explain on the allocation of vital services of the institution to an outside company without making the corresponding board.

The company took from Monday STI services 1113, 1155, 1115 and 1193 with an annual contract that exceeds $ 5 million and trade unionists criticize the services given to a company that worked with competing carriers.

Jorge Arguedas, Steward of ANTTEC ensures that administrative procedures were omitted in the award of services.

They attempt to meet on Monday the position of Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad, however, at press time no response was obtained by the press office of the institution.
