Cuban Sent To Panama After 50 Days In Costa Rica Airport


The Immigration Tribunal rejected the appeal presented by the Cuban who has lived 50 days in the Juan Santamaria Airport.

He was later sent by the Department of Immigration to Panama.

This was confirmed by the Deputy Minister of Interior, Marcela Chacon.

The Director of Immigration, Katia Rodriguez explains why this person was sent to Panama to be a Cuban national.

According to Jimenez, now it is the Directorate General of Immigration responsibility to determine the future of the foreigner.

The judge handling the case said that, the foreigner could not return to Cuba because his life is in danger.
