After the appeal against the Ministry of Health and the Social Security Fund(CCSS), the College of Pharmacists are requesting an early date to resolve the lack of a professional pharmacy in the Ebais.
The Ministry states that, the proposals are in negotiation and now must wait for the new version of the medical management of the Fund.
For the absence of a pharmaceutical professional in this area damages the patient care. They claim that if the problem persists solving the problem would be the end of the service pharmacies in the Ebais.
Health Ministry officials confirm that there are several alternatives to fix the problem and that they involve all the actors of process.
Until the Constitutional Court ruling, the College of Pharmacists and the authorities remain willing in the negotiations about the possible alternatives.
